June 17, 2026 - The Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale is Back! | June 26-28
Banners will be put up on our 51st Street entrances this weekend announcing our garage sales. Shop, sell, and connect with your neighbors during the Regency Park Neighborhood-Wide Garage Sale, June 26–28. This community event is part of our effort to bring neighbors together and build a stronger, more connected Regency Park. Everyone is welcome to participate.
June 4, 2026 - ** HOA UPDATE **
For those who have been actively participating in the Regency Park HOA and attending our meetings, we wanted to share an update rather than wait until our next meeting in October. We are pleased to report that the Association has now received full restitution related to the matter previously reported as alleged financial mismanagement. The matter has been resolved. Thank you for your continued involvement, patience, and support throughout this process. We invite all homeowners to attend our next HOA meeting in October (date to be announced). Please keep an eye out for future updates and meeting information!

Regency Park Homeowners Association was first developed in the 1960's when the space race was in full swing and zip codes were first introduced to the United States. As the largest HOA in Tulsa (over 680 homes), you will find our neighborhood is a diverse middle class community. Regency Park neighborhood surrounds Alfred E. Aaronson Park. This 16 acre green-space has a new playground, refurbished basketball court and tennis courts, and a 0.6 miles walking trail.
